Farbolin
So I got fed up with GoDaddy and switched my hosting service to StartLogic. So far, I am very happy with the new service. HOWEVER, I did something stupid. I tried to do a total backup via FTP (not the best method) and didn’t double check to make sure that it worked. Of course it messed up in the most absolutely crucial parts, but I didn’t know that until after I canceled my subscription with GoDaddy. So I lost everything on my old blog. Admittedly, it did need to be redone, but I didn’t want to lose all my posts.
Ah well, c’est la vie.
I will be slowly making this new version better as time goes on. If I try to wait until i’s completely done to launch, it’ll never happen. So expect stuff on here to change as I refine it.
By the way, I now have automatic REDUNDANT backups set up so this won’t happen again.
